Photo-6 Tent & Beaufighter

A uniquely atmospheric image of a low-level "buzz" of the desert airstrip. The Beaufighter operated at its best in the role of low-level attack, and the pilot of this aircraft is no doubt practicing his art.

The tent accommodations was typical in the desert, allowing for quick movement of whole squadrons if necessary, as the tides of war changed.
